Torov Mangan was the commanding officer of the First Augustine Arquebusiers during the ilClan Era.[1]
History[edit]
Lieutenant General Mangan's career began when they were appointed to the Republic of the Sphere's Senate as the representative for Bernardo. After participating in the Senate Rebellion and witnessing the absorption of the Senate Alliance into the Free Worlds League, Mangan retired from active service. When Clan Wolf destroyed the Republic at the dawn of the ilClan Era, the influx of former Republic Armed Forces personnel into the League encouraged Mangan to form the First Augustine Arquebusiers without authorization in order to protect ex-Republic worlds in the name of the Free Worlds League.[1]
