Toshimichi Uchida was the commanding officer of the Draconis Combine's Alshain Military District as of 3059.[1]

Tai-sho Uchida was made Warlord of Alshain following the near annihilation of the Alshain Military District during the Clan Invasion. Coordinator Theodore Kurita gave Uchida the post as a way to balance the powers of his district warlords and to symbolize his intent to one day restore Alshain to the Draconis Combine's control. Both Uchida and his aide Tai-sa Paul Okinatori regularly trained alongside the regiments of the Alshain Avengers and planned to personally lead their troops in reclaiming the Alshain Military District from the Clans.[1] In 3062, all four of the Avengers regiments went against the Combine's orders and invaded Clan Ghost Bear's territory in the former Alshain District, leading to the complete obliteration of the brigade. For his role in instigating the First Combine-Dominion War, Uchida was exiled from the Combine and was not replaced as Warlord of Alshain, bringing an end to the existence of the Alshain Military District.[2]
