Point Commander Tullam was a Clan Jade Falcon Elemental during Operation REVIVAL.[1]

Prior to the Battle of Tukayyid, Tullam served in Trinary Delta of the 94th Striker Cluster within Clan Jade Falcon's Vau Galaxy under Galaxy Commander Angeline Mattlov.[1]
Tullam was killed during the fighting on Tukayyid.[1]
