Vance Redding was the commanding officer of the First Security Division of Mobile Fire as of 3067.[1]
History[edit]
Major Redding, serving with Mobile Fire under contract with the Lyran Alliance, was stationed on New Earth in 3067.[1] Redding was particularly delighted when Archon Katherine Steiner-Davion awarded Mobile Fire with a detachment of battle armor during the FedCom Civil War and quickly learned how to operate the new suits. Redding was a faithful supporter of Donald Moore and was a key member of the plot to remove Fred Laurencin from command of the unit in order to put Moore in his place. Shortly afterwards, Mobile Fire established a new contract with the Word of Blake and Redding's armored infantry played a crucial part in hunting down Comstar-supported insurgents on Blake Protectorate worlds throughout 3068.[2]
Battle Armor[edit]
Major Vance Redding operated a suit of Gray Death Standard medium battle armor, gifted to Mobile Fire by the former Archon of the Lyran Alliance.[2]
