Victor Haghoubian was the commanding officer of the Beta Infantry Regiment of the Fourth Free Worlds Legionnaires as of 3059.[1]

Lieutenant Colonel Haghoubian, serving with the Fourth Free Worlds Legionnaires' Beta Infantry Regiment, was stationed on Sirius in 3059.[1] When the unit was analyzed in 3067, he was still in command of the Beta Infantry Regiment.[2]
