Victor Newsek was a ROM Agent during the Clan Invasion.[1]

Newsek was a ROM Agent, who between June 3050 and his death shortly afterwards, obtained a secret communiqué between Galaxy Commander Mar Helmer and ilKhan Leo Showers. This message related to a request from Helmer for Showers' support for his call for a Trial of Annihilation against Clan Diamond Shark, over the supposed defection of one of their merchant JumpShips to the Inner Sphere, after it was lost near Brocchi's Cluster in June 3050.
This message was later also obtained by WolfNet from ComStar, who recorded it as Archive File 90112-UR8-23/34/6.[1]
