Vikki Traxen was a native of Verthandi. She fought as a MechWarrior in the rebellion against the Kuritan military occupation of Verthandi in the early thirty-first century.
Overview[edit]
Vikki Traxen was a young recruit into the Free Verthandi Rangers at the time of the Gray Death Legion's arrival in 3025. She had only recently learned how to operate a 'Mech.[1] Prior to joining the rebellion, she had demonstrated an ability for mechanical and electronics repair work.[2]
She took part in the ill-prepared attack on Regis University led by James Thorvald, but she suffered a piloting mishap during the approach march that left her BattleMech with a damaged leg actuator.[3] Ordered to return to the rebel base rather than slow down the attack force, Vikki encountered the Gray Death's 'Mechs on their way to support the Rangers, and she gave the mercenaries an update on the situation.[4]
She contributed to the combined Gray Death/Rangers actions against the Kuritan occupation forces, taking part in the raid on a supply base at the settlement of Blackjack.[5]
BattleMechs[edit]
Vikki Traxen piloted a Locust during Thorvald's march on Regis, and continued to use the machine at least up until the Blackjack raid.[6]
