Vincent Wollam was a member of the Free Worlds League Military who later served with ComStar.

History[edit]

Wollam fought against Natasha Kerensky during the Marik Civil War.[1]

He joined ComStar sometime after that and rose within ComStar to command the 282nd Division between 3050 and 3052.[2][1]
