Plot Summary[edit]
On 2 April 3081, naval forces of the Principality of Regulus attack Circinus, the last Word of Blake stronghold and sanctuary of "The Master." From a palace in Zachariah, capital of the Circinus Federation, "The Master" observes the WoB forces' final stand with his protégé Calvin McIntyre. Both are aware of the imminent defeat and following annihilation. In the final moments before nuclear missiles hit Zachariah, "The Master" admits to McIntyre that his interpretation of the Third Transfer was initially wrong before presenting his corrected interpretation.
