Wallace Simms was the owner of The Sea King, a restaurant located in Silesia, on Solaris City. The restaurant served all kinds of seafood from across the Inner Sphere, though its specialty is the Solaris snapper served Cajun-style.
Simms was known for his little tolerance for failure.[1]
