Acolyte Wang Yan Jin was a MechWarrior, who served in the Com Guards' 394th Division, as of 3052.[2]

Early Life[edit]
A native of Sarna in the Capellan Confederation, Jin was born just before the Fourth Succession War, and her family was displaced from their home by the conflict. Seeking an identity and to escape poverty, Jin considered the Com Guards a more attractive prospect than the Armed Forces of the Federated Commonwealth, and ultimately join their MechWarrior training program.[1]
Com Guards[edit]
Being assigned to the Manyfold Paths III-Omicron Level III, within the Com Guards' 394th Division, as of 3052 Jin was a member of its recon focused Beta Striker II Level II.[2]. In this role she excelled at the "strike and hiss" operations conducted by the 394th against its Clan Jade Falcon opponents during the Battle of Tukayyid. During this battle, Jin was credited with damaging seven Jade Falcon OmniMechs, in addition to claiming the 394th's first OmniMech kill on the Prezno Plain.[1] This victory came when Jin engaged a Falcon Uller which was attempting to flank her unit, and despite being heavily damaged by its Gauss Rifle, was able to close the range and finish it off with a brutal punch.[3]
Having survived Tukayyid, Jin remained with the 394th Division after the battle, including during their time on Procyon.[1]

Jin was known to have piloted a MON-66 Mongoose BattleMech.[2]
