Governor Wesisa Kisa was the Planetary Governor of Zebeneschamali, for the Republic of the Sphere, from at least 3130 to 3136.[1][2][3]

History[edit]

In 3136, Governor Kisa sought to hire the Jamison's Juggernauts mercenary unit via Governor Marcus Rowanda of Izar, for the purpose of attacking a suspected group of Word of Blake survivors thought to be hiding on Zebeneschamali.[3]
