Who Speaks for Liao? was a written work by Jaime Kalasko, published by Underground Press Interstellar in 3112.[1]

Overview[edit]

One section of Who Speaks for Liao? covered the Capellan Confederation during the Jihad, arguing that their underdog status, widely distrusted and fighting alone, helped generate an intense loyalty to Sun-Tzu Liao.[1]
