Precentor Xue Zhi-Heng was Julius Rostinberger's XO when Rostinberger resigned his commission. Zhi-Heng was then elevated to command the Com Guard Eighty-second Division, a position held between 3061[citation needed] and 3067[1]
Zhi-Heng fought an uphill battle to rebuild the unit's morale after being left out of Operation BULLDOG and Julius Rostinberger's resignation.[1]
