Yuichi was a MechWarrior originally from the Draconis Combine until his defeat by Clan Smoke Jaguar MechWarrior Ezra, during Operation REVIVAL leading to him serving as a MechWarrior for Clan Smoke Jaguar.
History[edit]
Yuichi fought for the Draconis Combine on the world of Turtle Bay against Clan Smoke Jaguar. He was taken bondsman by Ezra after being defeated.[1]
As a bondsman, Yuichi was assigned to the 362nd Assault Cluster and placed under the direct command of Ezra. Yuichi's bondscord would eventually cut by Ezra, allowing him to join the Warrior Caste and Cobalt Star during the Year of Peace.[2] Yuichi's mother being a genetic relative to the Yoshida Bloodname helped his acceptance by other Warriors.[3]
BattleMech[edit]
Yuichi piloted an Awesome during his initial battle against Clan Smoke Jaguar.[4][5]

In MechWarrior 5: Clans, Yuichi was voiced by Gabriel Prevost-Takahashi.[6]
