Overview
The 111th Dragoon Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.[1]
History
The 111th was an independent regiment within LXII Corps, Fourth Army, and a member of the Fourth RCT. In 2764 the 111th was assigned to District 3 of the Federated Suns Military Region. The 111th was deployed into the Periphery Military Region along with the rest of LXII Corps in 2765 following the New Vandenberg Uprising and the subsequent Periphery-wide uprising.[1]
After surviving both the Periphery Uprising and the Hegemony Campaign the regiment chose to follow General Aleksandr Kerensky on the Exodus in 2784.[1]
Composition
As an SLDF Dragoon regiment the 111th would have been composed primarily of heavy to assault 'Mechs, plus tanks and hovercraft.[2]
