History[edit]

The Twenty-fifth Regulan Hussars earned their nickname, "Hodgepodge", because they were built from the remains of the Twenty-second, Twenty-third, and Twenty-fourth Regulan Hussars. Those units were shattered during combat with the Marik-Stewart Commonwealth, and the Regulan Strategic Command created the Twenty-fifth from the survivors. The variety of command styles and combat tactics has created an integration challenge.[1] In 3145 they were stationed on Newcastle.[2]
