History[edit]
The Twenty-seventh York Regulars were stationed on Chateau in 2765. The unit actually consisted of skilled troops whose only crime was failing to impress at a social function. Disdaining the Social Generals that transferred them into the unit, the soldiers of the Twenty-seventh were highly skilled troops. Their varied skill set made them an excellent troubleshooter force for the LCAF.[1]

- At this point in time the Regulars were a medium-weight regiment and were stationed on Chateau.[2]In 2821 the unit was stationed on New Caledonia, but had been reduced to just over one-quarter strength.[2]
