Overview
The Thirty-eighth Dragoon Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History
In 2764, the unit was assigned, as a part of the LXXII Corps, Seventeenth Army, to the Periphery Military Region.[1] They were part of the reserve for LXXII Corps, which patrolled the anti-spinward regions of the Magistracy of Canopus.[2]
Their fate post Amaris Civil War is unknown,[1] however speculation exits that the regiment became a mercenary unit in 2784 and has been linked to the 241st Battle Combat Group however this remains unconfirmed.[3]
Composition
As an SLDF Dragoon regiment the 38th would have been composed primarily of heavy to assault 'Mechs, tanks and hovercraft.[4]
