The Fourth Regulars were stationed on Tarnby during the entire war and saw no active combat. [1]
Clan Invasion
The Fourth Pesht Regulars were one of the first DCMS units to face the Clans[2], being soundly defeated in a series of one-on-one combats with Clan Smoke Jaguar on Tarnby. They have been moved to their district capital, where they train to overcome their tarnished honor.

Jihad
The Fourth Pesht Regulars held Pesht against the Word of Blake in 3069, driving the fanatics off the world in a month. This conflict reduced the unit's size, and the Quartermaster Corps was unable to provide enough replacements. Tactics
The Fourth held to the traditional methods of fighting used by the DCMS until those methods failed them against the Clans. They are now racing to implement Theodore Kurita's reforms, using combined fire and C3-equipped units.[5]
