Overview
The 997th Striker Regiment was a part of the Star League Defense Force Regular Army.
History
In 2764 the 997th was a part of LXXI Corps within Seventh Army; the 997th was also a part of the 5th Regimental Combat Team, and was assigned to District 3 of the Capellan Confederation Military Region. The 997th was moved to an undisclosed are of the Periphery by 2765, to take part in the SLDF response to the Periphery Uprising.[1] The 997th survived the war and the Hegemony Campaign, but the final fate of the regiment is unknown.[1]
