Lieutenant General Adam Xevak was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 229th BattleMech Division as of 2764.[1]

Xevak was promoted to lead the 229th BattleMech Division by 2764, following its former CO Major General Erwin Moeller rising to command XXX Corps. Young for his rank, despite having a 20 year record of Regimental command experience, Xevak was quick to remake his new Division in his image. More aggressive than the conservative Moeller, he found strong support from his troops, as he sought to improve their reaction times.
Xevak did face some disquiet however, with 2291st Brigade Lieutenant General Aaron Santos resenting his promotion, and taking every opportunity to undermine his authority.[1]
