Adiss Sullivan was the commanding officer of the Fourth Free Worlds Legionnaires prior to the Jihad.[2]

Lieutenant Colonel Sullivan, commanding the Twenty-third Marik Militia, was stationed on Merak in 3025.[3] General Sullivan, now commanding the Fourth Free Worlds Legionnaires, was stationed on Miaplacidus in 3050 and on Sirius by 3059, although by that point he was suffering from a chronic degenerative illness that left control of the unit in the hands of Colonel Rebecca Kendall-Ward and was expected to step down shortly.[1][2] Despite this, when the unit was analyzed in 3067 General Sullivan remained in command of the unit's duties on Sirius.[4]
