Adrijana Vouk was a noble from the Rim Commonality who married Caesar Ignatius O'Reilly of the Marian Hegemony.[2]

Adrijana was part of House Vouk, an influential Goth Khakar noble family with extensive commercial connections.[3] In 3129, she visited the Marian Hegemony to petition for an end to what were believed to be Marian-backed pirate attacks. Upon meeting Caesar Ignatius, she fell in love. Marriage followed within months.[2]
Once married, Adrijana used her family's commercial ties to support Marian businesses abroad, including helping Marian Arms Incorporated sell 'Mechs to planetary governments.[3]
Adrijana's relationship with Ignatius was difficult, running into opposition from both families and disputes between the two lovers. They often spent months apart, but by 3145, they had six children.[2]
