The Akagi was a JumpShip of unspecified type serving alongside, but not technically with the Explorer Corps. Tai-sa Alex McLaren coordinated the actions of numerous harasser teams from this JumpShip on their assigned mission to raiding the Clan supply lines in the deep periphery.[1]
