The CSV Alacrity was a Vincent-class WarShip, and in April 3062 was a part of the Com Guard First Fleet, operating from the ComStar fleet base at Luyten 68-28.[1]
History[edit]
In May 3062, Precentor Martial Victor Steiner-Davion began a tour of Com Guard units stationed in the Lyran Alliance, using the Alacrity as his transport. Stopping at least on A Place in July for four days, then to Pasig for a month, before arriving on Mogyorod. Following the 5 December assassination of Arthur Steiner-Davion and the 8 December assassination attempt on Omi Kurita by the Dancing Joker, which Isis Marik helped thwart, Victor sent Omi and Isis to Tukayyid aboard the Alacrity, knowing he would be unable to use a ComStar WarShip in his newly declared war against Katherine Steiner-Davion.[2][3][4]
The Alacrity remained in service with ComStar as of 3067,[5] but wasn't reported to have survived until 3076[6] implying that the ship was deployed on the abortive Case White attack on Terra in March 3068;[7] as there is no record of the Alacrity being salvaged by the Word of Blake[8] this intimates that the Alacrity was destroyed during Case White.
