Leftenant General Albert Gullam was the commander of the First Syrtis Fusiliers, with the Federated Suns, as of 3145.[1]

During the Capellan Confederation's Operation CELESTIAL REWARD, Gullam and the First failed to defend Avigait, being forced to retreat to Frazer. This escape was aided by a Leftenant Alan Hasek, a distant relation of House Hasek, whose Hasek Mechanized Combat Vehicle platoon was merely intended to serve as as a patriotic symbol for the Capellan March. Disregarding orders from General Gullam, Hasek intervened in the fighting as the First was overrun by the Dynasty Guards, securing an escape route for the survivors.[1][2]
