Albert Hilfiker was the commanding officer of the Twentieth Marik Militia as of 3050.[2]

Colonel Hilfiker, serving with the Twentieth Marik Militia, was stationed on Concord in 3050.[2] In 3053, while leading the Twentieth Militia in field exercises on Dieudonne, Hilfiker collapsed due to a heart attack and died.[1]
