History
The Alekseyevka Timbuktu Theater Militia was formed by the Federated Commonwealth as the Alekseyevka Periphery March Militia.[1] They were primarily composed of soldiers from the Timbuktu Theater, and as such were mostly concerned with defending against pirate raids.[2]
Though loyal to Katrina[3], the Alekseyevka TMM was left on their homeworld Alekseyevka during the FedCom Civil War.[4] They remained there in 3067.[5]
After the Jihad ended the Alexkseyvka TMM lost a battalion of their most skilled troops to other units that the LCAF High Command wanted to rebuild. This reduced them to a battalion in size.[6] They remained on Alekseyevka as that world's garrison.[7]
Officers
As of 3050 the commanding officer was Leftenant General Richard Biao.[1]
As of 3054 to 3085 the commanding officer was Colonel Lydia Arentsen.[8][3][5][7]
Tactics
The command learned to fight at small levels, larger formations proved to be beyond them.

After the Jihad ended, the LAAF High Command transferred soldiers from the Alekseyevka TTM to other units to rebuild them. This left the Alekseyevka TTM at two thirds their pre-Jihad strength.[9]
