Alexander Durbin was a Precentor within Comstar who raised to command 3rd Army in 3055 after Tukayyid until 3067.[1]
While he was an excellent field commander, Durbin was a poor bureaucrat and relied heavily upon his XO to manage the Army's day to day operations.[1]
