Amelia Icaza was the Star Colonel in command of the 1st Falcon Hussars in 3059.

She rose to be the commanding officer of Gamma Galaxy between 3067 and 3073.[1][2]

She died when a plague (most probably caused by Word of Blake actions) that affected many officers in the Clan Jade Falcon Touman stationed in the Inner Sphere.[2]
