History
Andre Ricci was an AFFS MechWarrior who defected to the CCAF during Operation CELESTIAL VENGEANCE. He rose to a command the position as Sang-wei in the Harloc Raiders. He was one of the more unusual officers to join the Raiders in the period of heavy recruitment after Operation GOLDEN FORTRESS.[1]
