Andrew Steiner was a 32nd Century Archon the Lyran Commonwealth. Born in 3075 to Archon Adam Steiner and Heather Fyhne, he was named after his father's late older brother.
Andrew presumably became Archon on his father's death and when he himself died in 3127 as a result of food poisoning, the throne passed to his daughter Melissa Steiner II.
