Arthur C. Koura was the president of the Commonwealth Press from at least 2981 to 3025.[1]

History[edit]

Koura was initially a member of the Lyran Commonwealth's Propaganda Corps until 2981, when he became disenchanted with the bureaucracy, and left to found Commonwealth Press out of the remains of several other news services on Donegal. This background resulted in Koura promoting a pro-Estates General editorial line by Commonwealth Press.[1]
