Bakin Manati was expected to be the Prefect of Albiero.[1]
History[edit]
Bakin Manati comes from a family that has headed the Albiero Prefecture since the original division of the Draconis Combine into Districts and Prefects.
He was the oldest son and was expected to be the Prefect, but died of leukemia at age 20 and prior to 3007.[1]
