Description

The sequel to the BattleTech: Legendary MechWarriors II Pack, the Legendary MechWarriors III Pack is a collection of six plastic miniatures for use in the classic BattleTech tabletop and Alpha Strike games. The box also provides six dry-erase cards, which are intended to directly support Alpha Strike gameplay, and six new Pilot Cards.

The Legendary MechWarriors III Pack was created as a part of the crowdfunding campaign to support the BattleTech: Mercenaries boxset as the stretch goal available at US$1,000,000. The Legendary III Pack was available to crowdfunding backers via two routes, either as one of the ForcePack selections included at various pledge tier levels or as an add-on in the pledge manager for US$40 each. Much like the original Legendary MechWarrior Pack, this pack is notionally exclusive to the Mercenaries crowdfunding campaign, with likely limited availability at conventions and Catalyst Game Labs online store.

Similar to the original Legendary Pack concept, Legendary MechWarriors III features six BattleMech or OmniMech miniatures associated with the infamous Bounty Hunter and his accompanying posse. Five of the 'Mechs are unique reposed and/or alternate variants from the standard versions in the BattleTech: A Game of Armored Combat, BattleTech: Clan Invasion, BattleTech: Inner Sphere Battle Lance, BattleTech: Inner Sphere Command Lance and BattleTech: Inner Sphere Direct Fire Lance ForcePacks, with the Marauder most notably including additional dorsal gun options. The final 'Mech, the Loki Mk II, is so far uniquely exclusive to this ForcePack.
