The successor to the BattleTech Salvage Box: Shilone, BattleTech Salvage Box: Savannah Master is a Salvage Box containing four Savannah Master miniatures for use in the classic BattleTech tabletop and Alpha Strike games. The box contains two hex bases with pegs on which two removable Savannah Master miniatures can be mounted. The box also provides two dry-erase card, which are intended to directly support Alpha Strike gameplay and two Battlefield Support cards.
This Salvage Box was created as a part of the 2023 Mercenaries Crowdfunding Campaign, and intended like the Shilone box to be a secret "Thank You" gift to be received by all backers irrespective of tier only revealed once backers received their shipments. The manufacturer Liya International unintentionally leaked the existence of this box and its miniatures with Catalyst Game Labs then forced to confirm its existence in 29 January 2024.
