Blessed Destiny is the only known pusblished work by the 11th Primus of ComStar Allen Rusenstein.[1]

The Pimus gave his interpretation on the purpose of ComStar, using quotes from previous Primuses Jerome Blake, Conrad Toyama and Raymond Karpov. His view of ComStar's role as great manipulator to play the Inner Sphere's nations against each other would be best brought about using secret ComStar communications. The overt use of military influence would come about at a later date, and ComStar should blame the other states for sowing discord.[1]
The short work was widely used as a blueprint for how to control the leaders of the Inner Sphere. It was still highly regarded as inspirational and required reading among the breakaway sect Word of Blake.[1]
