Planetary Info
Breed was originally settled by and part of the Federated Suns. During the First Succession War, the Draconis Combine took control of the world. The rich deposits of mineral and metal ores made Breed a hotly contested world for the next few centuries, with control trading off between the two Successor States at least three times before the Federated Suns took control of the world in 2992.
Breed has three island continents. Talicar, Hindi, and Trace lack any land bridges between them, so the inhabitants rely on ocean based shipping and DropShip flights to move goods. Tonston, the capital, is on Talicar, as are the headquarters of the three largest mining consortiums.[1]
