When Quikscell's upgrade of the Condor was in high demand from customers, so much so that it outstripped the capacity of the company's Richvale production line, Burton Richards was charged with commissioning a second production line. During this process he however came up with the idea of selling the tanks in a "Flat-Pack" unassembled kit form at a small discount, in order to speed up deliveries to customers. This offer was surprisingly popular with customers, increasing sales, though it did cause reliability issues for vehicle assembled by less skilled customer tech crews.[1][2][3]
