The C3 Command Unit is the central hub of a C3 Network, allowing up to a company (12) of 'Mechs to share radar and targeting data. Normally carried by the lance/company commander, the C3 Command Unit links to C3 Slave Units on other friendly 'Mechs. A C3 Command Unit is typically carried by a heavy or assault 'Mech, since it masses 5 tons.
