Wouldn't it be better, to split the category up into IS Omnimechs and Clan Omnimechs? By now it's just a wild mix of both. --Detlef 12:34, 13 September 2008 (CDT)
- No other category segregates units into Clan v. IS except for those that are explicitly faction-based. Why should this one be different? --Scaletail 13:03, 13 September 2008 (CDT)
- There is a category for IS Omnimechs. In my mind, there should also be one for Clan Omnimechs. Frankly, it makes it easier to process. As the number of IS Omnimechs and 2nd-Line Clan Mechs has increased greatly over the yeas, using the general "OmniMech" or "Clan Mech" categories has become less than appealing. I'm willing to do this myself unless an Admin strenulously objects. ClanWolverine101
- There are only 64 articles in this category. To my mind, that doesn't warrant splitting, but I'm constantly surprised at how people use the BattleMech articles on BTW. If you think it's worthwhile, go ahead. --Scaletail 00:39, 4 March 2010 (UTC)
