Overview
A Civilian Microcommunicator is a smaller version of the common civilian communicator which can be concealed as a button on clothing or worn as jewelry. While some can incorporate a built-in camera, none of them are capable of receiving video transmissions, and unless tied into a communications network their range is limited to two kilometers.[1]
