The Clan Council is a self-elected group of the warrior caste of a Clan which rules the entire affairs of the Clan and Clan law.
Each caste of a Clan is governed by a Caste Council. The warrior caste Council is also the Clan Council. This council is almost always made up of Bloodnamed warriors.
Military command
Military command higher than Galaxy Commander rests with the Clan Council.
