He was born in 3010. He was the a successful officer in the Davion Brigade of Guards but he must retire because an injury during the Clan invasion on Bessarabia washed him out. Working as a DMI operator in the AFFS region he rose again through the ranks and support the underground movement during the reign of Katherine.
With the beginning of the Jihad he leads his department from Markesan. Cole was off planet during the siege of New Avalon through the Word of Blake and provide much needed information about the attackers. In the ongoing conflict the cooperation with the coalition grow stronger and some critics accused Williams to be single minded, their example is the Taurian attack of New Syrtis.[1]
