Major General Dick LaSalle was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 138th Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Major General LaSalle was rumored to have ties with the Yakuza, which he reputedly used to acquire unauthorized Royal equipment for his unit. As of 2764, these rumors however remained merely that, and had not became a source of public scandal.[1]
