E. J. Hannah was the commanding officer of the Kilbourne DMM as of 3067.[1]
History[edit]
Colonel Hannah, commanding the First Crucis Lancers' Second Mechanized Infantry Regiment, was stationed on Bastrop in 3062.[2] After the Federated Commonwealth Civil War, Hannah was promoted to major general and given command of the Kilbourne DMM's posting to Kilbourne by 3067.[1]
