Evan Hradcany was the commanding officer of the Eighth Free Worlds Legionnaires in 3085.[1]

Lieutenant Colonel Hradcany, commanding the Eighth Free Worlds Legionnaires' Beta Infantry Regiment, was stationed on Atreus in 3067.[2] Following the Jihad and the dissolution of the Free Worlds League, now-General Hradcany commanded the Eighth Legionnaires on behalf of the Marik-Stewart Commonwealth and was stationed on Merak by 3085.[1] Hradcany was determined to make the Eighth Legionnaires, already experienced in mountainous combat, into the Inner Sphere's foremost airmobile unit and had acquired a significant number of aerial transport vehicles in order to achieve that goal.[3]
