Since I don't have Empires Aflame handy, but I still do question the cited sources, I put a Verify tag on the image page in question. There are several attributions of this image that seem questionable to me.

1. It is attributed to Brent Evans from Empires Aflame. However, the infobox for Empires Aflame doesn't even reference Brent Evans. Based on that discrepancy, I question whether the image's source is correct or the image's artist is correct.

2. The image seems more characteristic of FASA sourcebook art from the late 80s/early 90s. I would daresay the artist is actually Jeff Laubenstein, not Brent Evans. If this image is really Laubenstein's work, I question whether the source really is Empires Aflame (released in 2014), since I don't think Laubenstein was working for FanPro/Catalyst or whomever was putting out sourcebook material during 2014.
