Gary Terlecki was a senior officer in the Lyran Alliance's Reserve Corps as of 3062.[1]
History[edit]
Leftenant General Terlecki, commanding the Tenth Lyran Regulars, was stationed on Timbiqui in 3050.[2] Terlecki was eventually promoted to hauptmann-general and to head of the Bolan Operations Area's Penobscot Command. Terlecki's political wrangling with General Richard Steiner in the wake of the Lyran secession from the Federated Commonwealth ultimately saw him removed from regional command and reassigned to the Alliance's Reserve Corps.[1]
